Responsibilities

 

  • Development of Group’s house brands strategies and marketing calendars
  • Tactical campaign conceptualization, execution and evaluation
  • Conceptualize and provide stewardship in the integrated planning of house brands’ marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  • On-ground events during festive periods, school holidays and any other days dedicated to special purposes, roadshows and other marketing initiatives within the approved budget
  • Comprehensive marketing communication for each campaign with the support from the appointed advertising agency and in-house design team
  • Strategic joint marketing collaborations with business partners in the area of campaign sponsorship
  • Collaborate across Group’s business units and leverage on each other's efforts to amplify campaign efforts
  • Post campaign analysis, evaluating results and preparing budget summary
  • Effective management of the campaign budget
  • Brand campaign conceptualization, execution and evaluation
  • Develop brand campaigns to strength brand positioning and increase brand presence
  • Conceptualization, execution and evaluation of brand campaigns
  • Strategic collaborations with business partners
  • Review brand identity across all collaterals
  • Tactical and Joint Promotions Management/Business Development
  • Develop promotions strategy to draw traffic to specific house brands
  • Identify leads and provide stewardship in the development of strategic joint marketing collaborations with business partners
  • Advertising/POPs Management
  • To work with in-house creative team to develop, produce and update advertising and house brands collaterals
  • To work with in-house creative team to create and maintain website and social media platforms
  • To work with in-house creative team to develop video presentations
  • To provide brand guardianship on all marketing communications collaterals
  • Budget Management
  • Manage budget for A&P department
  • Manage monthly expenditure
  • Oversee and manage creative team

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor in Marketing Management, Marcomm or Public Relations
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skill
  • Possesses a passion for the F&B industry
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin
  • At least 7 years of marketing experience in F&B/FMCG industry, brand marketing, public relations, media and events
  • Knowledge in advertising, media buy & plan and merchandising
  • Results oriented individual who is able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Meticulous and possess effective multi-tasking skills
  • Competent in MS Office, Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the senior role.
