Our client, a renowned education institute, providing Degree programs, post graduate programs & Executive Education Programs.




  • To provide management for professional development services for students, including developing employer outreach, creating internship opportunities for students, providing career coaching/talks and overseeing student residential life matters
  • Employer Outreach
    • Liaise with the External Affairs Division to facilitate employer outreach, including proactive follow up on industry contacts and engaging with global alumni chapters so as to provide networking opportunities for current students
    • Manage relationships with current MOU partners, maintain and expand the PDU recruiter database
    • Plan, organize and make trips to key organizations so as to promote mutually beneficial internship opportunities, secure further partnerships and promote the School and its students
    • Collate, edit and manage the production of the annual School CV Book
    • Plan, organize and manage the School Career Talk Series
    • Work closely with representatives of Student Sector Groups. This involves using expertise to provide guidance and support on student led professional development activities, such as inviting senior leaders of specific organizations for round table events or career talks and/or helping to arrange company field trips
  • Student Support – Internship Facilitation
    • Provide internship and employment opportunities information for students
    • Act as liaison with employers and students in relation to internships and secure internship opportunities
    • Ensure that, where possible, the internships offered are matched with Policy Analysis Exercise topic areas
    • Create effective feedback mechanisms so as to obtain qualitative data from students and employers regarding the internship experience. This is important for not only maintaining the integrity of the School but also ensuring that the PDU is providing internships that are relevant and specific to the students’ needs
  • Student Support – Workshops and Career Coaching
    • Plan, organize and facilitate skills development workshops in partnership with the School’s Career Consultant
    • Conduct one to one career coaching sessions for students
  • Residential Life
    • Oversee advertisements and appointments for resident assistants, including training for resident assistants
    • Manage College Green committee – including lead meetings and collate reports of residential life issues
    • Manage college green committee budget
    • Work with Vice-Dean and Assistant Dean on appointment of resident advisor for College Green


  • Possess a Degree in Mass Communication or related, media, business or arts/social sciences, with at least 3 to 5 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Outgoing and accommodating personality with a strong passion of working with students
  • Friendly and helpful phone manner
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and provide customer focused support for students and external partners/ potential employers
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
