Job Descriptions

This role is both operational and strategic, requiring planning, analysis, execution and capability to effectively engage the senior management team. You will head the Talent and Performance Management team, with key responsibilities in:

Performance Management

  • Drive policy formulation, administration and communication of key performance appraisal strategies 
  • Partner line managers and HR business partners to ensure the successful execution of the annual performance appraisal exercise
  • Advise line managers on performance management matters to realise employees` full potential
  • Enhance and be a key custodian of the Performance Appraisal System 

 Talent Management

  • Oversee talent management cycle including succession planning
  • Drive the Annual Scholarship Exercise
  • Coordinate career development plans and progression of our talents
  • Forge strong relationships and effectively engage talents
  • Plan and implement Leadership and Executive Development Programmes
  • Spearhead talent attraction and acquisition strategies from marketing for internships and scholarships to graduate recruitment programme, implement outreach initiatives
  • Forge partnerships with tertiary institutions to grow the company`s branding and mindshare in the student and graduate market   

 

Requirements: 

  • A recognised degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in large organisations
  • Preferably has experience in recruiting job seekers and students
  • Analytical, resourceful, results-focused and meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to forge partnerships to engage key stakeholders and employees
  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills
