Our client was established in 1989 as a strategic foothold for developing its energy business in Southeast Asia. The company is involved in a wide range of business activities such as trading crude oil, petroleum products, LPG, and carbon products.

JOB DESCRIPTION(Reports directly to HR)

General Administration Support

- Provide administrative & secretarial support to Management

- Travel, entertainment & other claims support for team

- Handle travel visa applications

Human Resources Administration & Support

- Maintain Employee P-Files and Database

- Leave Administration

- Process Employment/Dependent passes, Permanent Resident applications and renewals

- Administer Staff Claims (Insurance, Medical, Dental etc.)

- Insurance policies administration

- Assist in Company events and Employee Welfare activities

- Other HR Duties as assigned

**This position also serve as a support coordinator for team members during their absence in the areas of:

- Travel arrangement support (flights & hotel bookings)

- IT Communications support

- Property Maintenance

- Office Machinery Maintenance

- Drivers & Company Car Issues

- Courier Services

- Corporate Gifts

- Other Administrative Duties as assigned


- Diploma in relevant fields

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration /secretarial field

- Ability to converse in Japanese will be an advantage to liaise with Japan HQ

- Able to work well in a team as well as independently

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice

- Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel


Salary range: $2200 - $3000

Work location: Raffles City
