Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 

  • Logistics and customer support function for Asia pacific region 
  • Processing of purchase orders and invoices, co-ordinate with factories in Europe and monitoring delivery status 
  • handle LC documentation and negotiation with bank 
  • Handling Bank Guarantees 
  • Monitoring stock inventory and shipments from Singapore 
  • Operating service help desk for our customers 
  • Call logging and call dispatch for our engineers 
Requirements 
  • At least diploma in any discipline 
  • Minimum 1- 3 years relevant experience including handling letter of credit (LC) negotiation and be familiar with import and export regulations in the Asia Pacific region 
  • Knowledge of international shipping terms (INCOTERMS) and procedures 
  • Knowledge of MS office is a must and experience in ERP software 
  • Only SIngaporean and PR
