Job Descriptions


  • Logistics and Customer Support function for Asia Pacific region
  • Processing of purchase orders and invoices, co-ordinate with factories in Europe and monitoring delivery status
  • Handle LC documentation and negotiation with bank
  • Handling Bank Guarantees
  • Monitoring stock inventory and shipments from Singapore
  • Operating service help desk for our customers
  • Call logging & call dispatch for our engineers


  • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 year’s relevant experience, preferably in handling letter of credit (LC) negotiation and be familiar with import and export regulations in the Asia Pacific region
  • Knowledge of international shipping terms (INCOTERMS) and procedures
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Knowledge of MS office is a must and experience in ERP software such as MFG Pro, will be added advantage
  • Effectively Bilingual
