Job Descriptions

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Business Development- Support the management of existing and prospective stakeholders including business families, corporate partners and other strategic partners to address their varying interests and deepen their collaboration with the Institute
  • Educational Programs- Facilitate the design and delivery of executive education programs for business families and advisors and bespoke educational programs, through content review and provision, logistical support and marketing outreach, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Engagement Events -Assist the planning and implementation of bespoke engagement events through working collaboratively with partners and faculty to create customized content, plan and disseminate integrated marketing communications as well as manage all logistical aspects of the final implementation
  • Administration -- Manage the day to day running of the administrative, logistical and finance functions of the Institute to enable the smooth running of the Institute
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree with at least 4 to 6 years of work experience in planning and execution of events and educational programs preferably in an academic institution or training establishment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written - in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparties
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relations with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving skills and output and delivery focus with the ability to collaborate
  • High level of professionalism and commitment and the ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Motivated, resourceful and independent who can multi-task and integrate as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media savvy
  • Organized, meticulous and responsible
  • Good attitude, with a friendly and outgoing personality
