  • Manage the company Logistics, HR matters, general administration and marketing activities in office
  • Assist in planning, managing and hosting of all activities in Singapore office 
  • Manage & administer calendar of MD and general secretarial function 
  • Maintain rapport with internal stakeholders from ASEAN offices
  • Assist in planning and execution of relevant advertising, marketing and cost saving of the company
  • Assist in the production and delivery schedule to meet demand for ASEAN office
  • Generate weekly loading plan cum revenue report based on customer forecast and work on monthly shipment plan to both internal and customer

Requirement

  • At least 3years of working experience in similar capacity include logistics management
  • Good knowledge in Supply Chain process flow 
  • Proficient in Excel / Powerpoint
  • Available to start in short notice 
  • Singaporean / SPR
  • Working location: East
