Manage the company Logistics, HR matters, general administration and marketing activities in office
Assist in planning, managing and hosting of all activities in Singapore office
Manage & administer calendar of MD and general secretarial function
Maintain rapport with internal stakeholders from ASEAN offices
Assist in planning and execution of relevant advertising, marketing and cost saving of the company
Assist in the production and delivery schedule to meet demand for ASEAN office
Generate weekly loading plan cum revenue report based on customer forecast and work on monthly shipment plan to both internal and customer
Requirement
At least 3years of working experience in similar capacity include logistics management
Good knowledge in Supply Chain process flow
Proficient in Excel / Powerpoint
Available to start in short notice
Singaporean / SPR
Working location: East
