FIDReC is an independent and impartial Alternate Dispute Resolution institution. It is the premier institution specialising in the resolution of financial disputes between consumers and financial institutions.
To date, FIDReC has handled, mediated and/or adjudicated more than 10,000 financial disputes between complainants and financial institutions.
More than 530 financial institutions are subscribers of FIDReC including banks, finance companies, life insurers, general insurers, capital market services licensees, licensed financial advisers and insurance intermediaries.

Assistant Manager (Finance & HR)
The Assistant Manager will report to the Head of Finance and handle human resource matters such as recruitment, staff welfare, staff retention, implementation and monitoring of staff polices etc. The Assistant Manager will handle and assist the Senior Management in general office related and administrative matters.
The Assistant Manager must possess a diploma or degree from a recognized institution and have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource. He/she must possess disciplined work ethic. New entry candidates and/or candidates with HR background may apply and will also be considered.
