  • Ascertain training needs, formulate plans and recommend effective training and change strategies pertaining to an airfreight logistics environment
  • Manage Training & Development functions towards quality, productivity and cost efficiency
  • Design and execute training plans / curriculum to improve skill / knowledge sets of employees 
  • Enhance the quality of in-house trainers and training programs in compliance with national & airfreight industry certifications & standards

  • Year of Exp Required : 5
  • Skills : Highly motivated with a service mindset and the ability to work independently & lead a team / ACTA certified and good knowledge in national and industry’s training standard/certification / Experience in managing ISO9001, ISAGO and Cargo 2000 certifications, is preferred / At least 5-8 years of training and development, design and delivery experience in a cargo, warehousing or logistics industry / Strong interpersonal & communication skills to interact well with people of all levels / Hands-on experience in designing curriculum, and delivery of training programs
