Job Descriptions

Our client, a non-profit social enterprise, is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager/Manager Online & Social Media Marketing, for the organization.  Candidates should be strong in online marketing and outreach strategies.


  • Develop and implement communications plans via online and social media campaign executions
  • Content lead and online marketing for all company web properties (company corporate website, magazine websites, facebook, twitter, blogs etc)
  •  Work with internal stakeholders to roll out media and online campaigns
  • Delivering integrated communications plans

Content strategy and implementation

  • Responsible for implementing content strategy and updates for all company web properties by leveraging on content produced by various stakeholders or crafting original content
  • Ensure timely editorial updates with good choice of images and videos, presented in user friendly format
  • Ensure content is presented in engaging manner and implement technology enhancements to improve user interface

Awareness building and engagement

  • Build awareness of company web properties through online campaigns
  • Build partnerships for content exchange and cross marketing purposes
  • Enrich content dissemination and engagement with social media strategy implementation across multiple platforms, leveraging on emerging technologies
  • Engage online database with monthly electronic mailer
  • Administer online feedback channels

Media Relations

  • Build strong relationships with both international and Singapore media, thereby enabling successful media pitching
  • Craft full set of press materials that include press releases, factsheets, speeches, etc
  • Organise press conferences and different types of media events



  • Degree holder or above with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communications specialist with good analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of communications responsibilities
  • Ability to apply different tools and approaches to build reach and engage target audiences effectively
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with strong ability to craft content package that includes text, images and videos with strong user interface supported by good understanding of technical requirements
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the online and social media landscape
  • Highly motivated and innovative in trying out different approaches to meet objectives
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
