Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee engagement framework and activities to facilitate team effectiveness and improve overall organisational health
  • Develop plans to foster organisation-wide innovation and continuous improvement among staff including evaluating and implementing work improvement/ innovation initiatives Responsible for monitoring the progress of staff learning plans and HR records so as to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of capability development in NHB
  • Support the use of Business Excellence (BE) Framework to evaluate and improve business effectiveness and facilitate the application/renewal of BE awards 

Requirements

  • Good Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Must be innovative in problem solving 
  • Ability to relate to people well 
  • Highly reliable and can be depended on to persevere and follow through with all assignments
  • Proven ability to work well in teams with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with processes and guidelines of People Developer Standard and Training Management would be advantageous
