Lead and manage the day to day operations of the jobsite;
Responsible for the responses to the voices of customer / end users, voices of process, voices of employee, finance and sub-con / specialist;
Provide best practices in engineering maintenance as to achieve a safer environment;
Achieve contract expectations with reference to the KPI and service level agreement;
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;
Build and lead cross functional teams that are able to anticipate and develier solutions to meet client requirements;
Motivate and set tasks direction for team members without direct hierarchical control
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Others), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
Required skill(s): ehs, people developer, iso standards
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent
