Job Descriptions

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the department's functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of courses in coordination with Schools & Associates Administration department
  • Manage logistics and operational matters pertaining to lectures and classes
  • Support and assist in requests and/or issues raised by associates and students


  • Diploma with minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Mature, meticulous and posses high level of discretion and integrity
  • Able to multitask effectively and posses project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effectively bilingual with good command of English language
