Singapore Technologies Kinetics (ST Kinetics) is the land systems arm of ST Engineering. It provides integrated systems, specialty vehicles and their related services for defence, government and commercial applications. This includes design and development, systems integration, production, operations & support and life cycle management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective running of daily spares support operations
Liaise with in-house buyers on procurement of spares
Responsible for the provisioning, pricing and management of spares inventory
Work with Spares Sales executives on spares support to country managers
Responsible for the 5S of the warehouse
Track and report performance indicators monthly to Head of Department, Aftersales
Manage and update e-catalogue of spares
Responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of spares to end customer
Work with forwarding agencis on cost-effective and timely shipping requirements
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years experience on parts business is preferred
Good Knowledge on Construction Equipment, especially on Trucks and Excavators
Good with SAP, Microsoft Office softwares
Good with technical report writing
Good Management skills and must be customer centric
Good communication skills
Good in English and Chinese, both spoken and written as need to deal with chinese clients
Able to handle customers in small group discussion
