As an Assistant Property Officer, you will provide excellent customer service to tenants and the public visiting the commercial spaces managed by SMRT Investments. You will attend to tenants and shoppers' enquiries/ feedback, ensure the safety and security of the operations within the commercial spaces and also extend support to the property management and marketing team. In addition, you will support the station operations team in conducting regular checks to ensure station facilities are maintained at high standards, monitoring and checking contractor’s works for building defects/safety & security issues.
You should possess a NITEC in Building/Estate/Property Management or Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in property management. You should be service-oriented with good communication skills and have a keen eye for details.
In addition, you must be prepared to work on rotating shifts/ permanent night shifts including Sunday and Public Holidays. Candidates must possess a Class 2B license and those who possess their own transport will be at an added advantage.
