As Technical Operations Executive, you will provide technical support to cinema operations which includes executing preventive maintenance programme for cinema equipment, liaising with contractors on equipment repair and improvement works, carry out upgrading projects, checking of films and trouble-shooting technical problems during movie presentation. You will conduct in-house technical training on cinema projection equipment as well as cinema sound systems. In addition, you will be involved in the procurement for inventory and equipment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess Certificate in Film / Sound & Video or Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 1 year of related experience. Experience in Audio Visual System or Cinema Equipment will be preferred. Knowledge in IT is an added advantage. You must be able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays. You will also be on 24/7 stand-by to attend emergency calls. Candidates who are interested in the position but do not possess the above requirements will be considered for the post of Projectionist.
