DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of IBG Projects/ system enhancements for IBG from planning, budgeting, managing releases through implementation
* Able to effectively convey roadmaps, ideas and issues to stakeholders
* Resolve project risks and testing issues, meet project demand and implementation timelines
* Analyze business requirements and collate cross-functional user requirements, ability to lead discussions and resolve conflicts
* Collaborate with end-to-end users and subject-matter-expert system application teams to prepare business requirements, user stories & data mapping documents
* Facilitate requirements workshop/ meetings with users, IT and vendors and co-design solutions.
* Prepare test scripts, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document UAT results, set up user training guides
* Provide user training and helpdesk to IBG Relationship Managers on all system-related queries
* Troubleshooting with users, investigate production issues, co-ordinate with IT, track resolutions
* Co-ordinate/ perform live verification of system fixes on weekends
* Drive process improvement initiatives and institutionalize in systems to improve user experience
* Perform data profiling, ensure data integrity in various systems and co-ordinate data clean-up

Requirements
* University degree
* Possess minimum 5 years’ banking experience in relevant areas
* Project management skills preferred
* Good influential and communication skills, change agent
* Independent achiever with strong analytical skill and meticulous with details
* Good team player
* Software proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint), programming knowledge in Javascript, HTML, SQL advantage.
