You need to develop strong client relations with senior decision makers and influencers in target organisations to understand their talent management strategies, systems and processes, and respond appropriately to their needs
Articulate the school’s value proposition to clients and propose solutions which meet their management development needs
Grow the school’s Open Enrolment Programme revenues through sales and business development activities in a specific geographic territory
Increase the number and value of existing and new corporate accounts that have potential for sponsoring multiple participants on our programmes.
Systematically prospect for and convert leads into sales (hands-on sales role)
Qualifications and qualities:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 6+ years of commercial experience with proven revenue growth results, preferably in service industries (HR, learning and development, corporate education will be a strong plus)
Experience in consultative selling, key account management and use of CRM systems preferable
Experience working in a multinational/international environment, working across cultures
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Results driven, ability to work entrepreneurially, effective team player and strong sense of customer orientation
Required to travel up to 20%
