Job Descriptions

Associate Director of Finance
  • Key Business Partner role with the MD and advise on strategies for business growth and profitability
  • Work closely with Global HQ CFO to formulate financial policies, rules and regulations and ensure compliance
  • Oversee and manage the financial activities of the Company and overseas offices
  • Ensure all finance and accounting records are in accordance with international standards
  • Work closely with Senior Management Team within the Group and strive to achieve overall objective of sustained profitability and growth in the business
  • Manage the overall planning, budgeting and forecasting process
  • Participate in Project Bid Review and advise on project costing and financing model
  • Direct and participate in cost analysis and rate studies
  • Collaborate with other departments across the region to facilitate and support the month-end closing processes
  • Work closely with all departments by providing detailed reporting, analysis, commercial insight and recommendations to influence key business decisions
  • Manage the Finance Department to achieve the individual and team’s Key Performance Targets
Apart from possessing the standard accounting qualifications/experience, candidate is required to do group consolidation of accounts for overseas companies in KL, Jakarta, HK & Suzhou, and also take charge of ISO 9001


  • Qualified CPA with at least 10 years of relevant experience at regional level
  • High level of accuracy and analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive and hands-on leader with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated and ability to employ good business acumen
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective leadership
