Assist and support in the planning and project management of mobile money and payment related value-added services, including technology studies and selection, capacity planning, service rollout and service performance improvement, etc

Assist and support in preparation of tender specifications, evaluation of tender from both a technical and commercial standpoint

Participate in project testing, assist on-site troubleshooting, and work with third party vendors or internally engineering teams for a resolution of any potential technical issue

Monitor the utilization of existing system capacity, and plan for necessary capacity expansion

Monitor and track both capital and operational expenditure for various projects, and present status report to management

To carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Diploma from a recognized institution majoring in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Mobile Communications

Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in computer networking or the telecommunications industry, especially in the role of project coordinator/manager. Fresh graduate without working experience will also be considered

Knowledge and experience in mobile money & payment services will have significant advantage

Basic technical knowledge of IT related technology, such as hardware, software systems, network, protocols, and internet standards

Basic knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including GSM, GPRS, 3G, HSDPA. Knowledge of value-added services such as mobile charging solutions including the postpaid and prepaid, WAP, short-messaging service, or mobile applications is an advantage

Good team player with interpersonal skills and working independently are essential. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English
