Job Descriptions


  • Lead a cross-divisional or internal team to oversee the successful completion of exhibition projects, including planning, monitoring of project milestones to meet deadlines and budgeting to ensure adequate provision and expenditure
  • Develop and curate selected exhibitions to ensure appropriate messaging, desired quality and delivery of outcomes
  • Conduct and coordinate the research necessary for exhibition projects, including preparing documents such as exhibition text, related articles, papers, etc
  • Select, source and undertake the installation of artefacts required for exhibitions
  • Conduct guided tours of exhibitions and to train volunteers in exhibition guiding
  • Coordinate closely with cross departmental teams on the marketing and programmes for exhibitions
  • Cultivate and facilitate programme partnerships

[This is a contract position for the AC.SG Portal (Arts Culture SG) project, which will end on 31 March 2017] 


  • Bachelor Degree in Sociology, History or Southeast Asian studies
  • Work experience in a heritage setting would be an added advantage
  • Ability to conceptualise exhibitions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good command of English and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
