Responsibilities

You will assist the Manager in various HR aspects like compensation and benefit, recruitment, staff awards

You will be involved in the following duties:

  • Review policies, guidelines and streamlining work processes related to compensation, staff benefit and staff awards 
  • Perform HR account manager role for recruitment and leaving service for one business unit 
  • Preparation of monthly management reports
  • Raise system requirements and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system processes enhancement
  • Perform related HR trend analysis and benchmark against industry norm pertaining to specific functional areas
  • Involve in HR projects and cross functional projects 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling compensation, staff benefits and staff award matters, preferably with experience in the Public Sector
  • Familiar with public sector’s leave and medical benefit schemes
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Good analytical and organisation skills
  • Meticulous and numerically inclined
  • Hands-on experience in SAP system on compensation and staff benefit modules is advantageous
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
