Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for all personnel matters of employees based in Singapore. The department provides strategic and operational support to line management and employees in the full spectrum of human resource functions and services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, mobility management, staff engagement and performance management as well as training and development.The companynow have an opportunity to bring in a new team member to join the team and support the Talent Management function.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Savvy and successful with direct recruitment methodologies with a flair for mass communication, you will lead our Talent Acquisition Team, bringing the team to greater heights delivering the following roles well and going beyond them:
Designing & Implementing Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategies:
Understand our businesses as well as recruiting requirements and build pipelines with 'recruiting ahead-of-need' plan.
Act as our Brand Ambassador to market and brand the Bank and jobs through internal and external communications channels such as through articles and social media.
Build capabilities, through developing skills in the team and through projects, to improve the success in every recruitment.
Supporting Hiring Managers:
Recommend search strategies and recruit the full suite of banking roles - front office, middle office, tech and operations.
Conduct interviews and evaluating candidates against requirements, guide hiring managers through the recruitment process including short-listing, selection, salary negotiation, references, and closing process and ensure a successful outcome.
Operation Excellence and Candidates' Experience:
Manage own and team's full-cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level satisfaction to both the internal hiring manager and the candidate; provide strong hiring process operations and reporting of requisition and candidate activity.This includes maintaining and organizing candidate sources in our recruitment database.
Provide positive candidates' experience throughout the process with updates and adequate support as examples, regardless whether they are recruited.
Innovate and constantly improve efficiency and effectiveness.
At least 5 years of recruiting experience with established success in direct sourcing and engaging candidates from the most junior to Vice President level and senior stakeholders (i.e. department heads).
Demonstrated creativity in recruiting even for the most difficult positions.
Strong negotiation skills and English Language abilities, in both written and oral communications.
A go-getter and a team player with a collaborative mindset, you have and enjoy the experience of leading and motivating a small team of about 3 members and trying out new ideas.
