Prepare, mix, create and dispense a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, draft beers, and coffee/tea (bartender)
Order taking and serving customers (server)
Ensure efficient service standards and guest satisfaction
Ensure outlet is kept in order; doing opening/closing, replenishing supplies/replacing wear and tear items
Inventory management (bartender)
Effective promotion of drink items, working with the Outlet Manager towards achieving targets
Requirements:
Prior experience in bar / restaurant (min. 2 years)
Strong focus on operations, guest service, and presentation of outlet
Applicants for role of bartender should be well versed in cocktail preparation, inventory and wastage control, and bar setup
A team player, with good communication skills, initiative, and a fantastic attitude
Trustworthy, looking to build a career, and grow with the group
Genuine interest in the F&B industry
Able to start immediately is an advantage (Fresh grads are welcome)
