Job Scope:


  • Answer calls to assist customers on the billing issues
  • Call back customer to follow up on their cases
  • Activate or deactivate some of the value added services for customers
  • Liaise with other department to assist with customer queries
  • Upsell value added service to reduce customer usage
  • Key in notes to the system for the updates for the customer




  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level OR Nitec
  • Fresh diploma graduates are welcome
  • Part time students also welcome to apply
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
