Responsible for double entry recording of all transactions of the company.
Detailed record keeping of the company with respect to its payrolls, sales, purchases and expenses.
Maintenance of accounts receivables and accounts payable of the company.
Generation of periodical financial reports of the business.
Prepare full set of accounts
Filing tax details for the organization.
Analyzing and identifying mistakes that might occur in the ledger accounts.
Requirements:
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
At least two years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing
Excellent team player with experience in start-up environment preferred
Comfortable with web-based services including online banking
Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
