Responsibilities:
- Ensure product compliance to specific quality standards from customers
- Support product development process, including sample approval, clothing technology, as well as product testing/ QA
- Monitor the whole process from sampling to mass production and ensure that quality standards are met
- To follow closely on production schedules, to arrange quality audit work to meet sales order shipments dates
- Set up management KPIs to enhance continuous improvement in production program
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Textile Engineering or Quality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and QA process improvement in textile/apparel industry
- Related clothing/ fabric technical/ paper pattern knowledge
- Work experience in multinational environment & Brands Technical/Technician is preferred
- Self driven, proactive, strong customer focus and passionate in driving operation improvement and excellence
- Must be willing to station in Cambodia
