- Will assist the Building Manager in managing the day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations.
- Duties include daily building inspection to identify building faults or potential hazards and the submission of reports and proposals for the client's consideration on repairs, maintenance and improvement works.
- Will have to supervise the contractors on all the maintenance, A&A, R&R, project works so as to ensure contractors complete the works according to timelines and standards.
- Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Mechanical, Mechatronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent are WELCOME to Apply (No Working Experience is able to apply)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing complexes, hotels or commercial buildings
- Independent with integrity, innovative and a self-starter
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification will be an added advantage
- Salary: $1700-$5000 (Base on Experience & Qualification)
