About the Company
Our client is a global leader within insurance and finance industry. It has a strong standing in Singapore and has been awarded as one of the best within the industry. It is currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join its successful team.
As a Business Analyst, you are expected to:
- Analyse, gather and translate business requirements effectively
- Produce requirements documentation including RTM, BRD, Process Map and Product Roadmap
- Perform gap analysis and support change management process
- Stakeholders management to ensure the requirements expected are clear for implementation
- Facilitate and perform UAT as required
You must possess below attributes in order to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Previously worked within Insurance industry. Familiarity of insurance products is a must
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant IT fields
