- Permanent / Tanjong Pagar/ At least 1 year exp in Corporate Secretarial duties
- Office Hour / Up to SGD$2300/ 5 Days / IT Industry
• Receive incoming telephone calls and answer the calls for virtual and office clients in a pleasant professional, courteous manner and take/provide accurate informative messages as needed
• Maintain Business Centre appearance, organization, common area inventories (copier rooms, conference rooms, reception etc.)
• Screen and direct incoming calls to the persons concerned in the Business Centre/organization.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, clients, and the public
• Experience of at least 1 year in a similar industry or customer service is referred
• Individual should possess wide knowledge in the field of startups and have a pleasant personality
• Starting pay is in the region of S$1800-S$2300 basic. Commissions from signups / renewals and referral fees for other complementary services will be added to the basic pay.
