ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Plays a key supporting role to the Regional Director in developing product portfolio strategy and delivering innovation product launches and new market launches. Responsible for execution and deployment of key innovation projects from concept through to completion; from market research, formulation development and identification of new manufacturing technologies to the design/creative process, verifying final design with customers and internal stakeholders to assure final product meets customer/stakeholder specifications, regulatory, trademark  requirements and business objectives, timeline management with Supply Chain, first production and final delivery to customer, and post-launch customer service support. Negotiate and co-ordinate drafting of commercial contracts as necessary.


  • Bachelor’s Degree.  Marketing, Business, natural sciences (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, etc) or engineering sciences preferred. 5-10 years of progressive experience in marketing or business development, preferably in brand, new product development, in-licensing and/or new product launches, would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated capability in managing projects cross functionally in a complex organization
  • A real passion for brand, innovation and problem solving
  • A strong bias for action - and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience or exposure working in a cross cultural or international environment and with legal contracts would be helpful
  • Ability to build networks remotely
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency - Excel/ Word/PowerPoint
  • As these positions come with some regional responsibilities, willingness to travel is essential. Foreign language skills would be an advantage.
