Business Development Manager - Coal Trading
(Salary + Incentive + Allowance, 5 Days, Town)
Manage the Company end-to-end sales trading of Coal commodity, coordinate planning, analysis, takeover, acquisitions & Coal mine operations in the region.
Business development for potential Clients and account service to the current Clients.
Develop coordinate and translate strategic operational, management readiness and organisational objectives into projects and business plans for the Company.
Identifying issues affecting the potential buyers, developing client relationships execute coal trading and securing deals with current & new clients.
Establish and review Purchase Orders term & conditions and Contracts.
Manage Letter of Credit negotiation and supervise the completion of shipping documents (including B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Weight and Quality)
Ensure the project achieves a state of operational readiness in accordance with the project implementation plans and schedules.
Weekly reporting of Sales Projections, Opportunities & Achievements to the Management.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Possess in-depth knowledge of coal commodity trading and strong relationship with traders & end-customers particularly in the region of China, Indian and South East Asia countries.
Possess Letter of Credit operations & negotiate knowledge and daily freight documentation preparations including Commercial / Performa Invoice, Packing List & Certificate of Country Origin (COO) knowledge
Strong desire and initiative ability to achieve sales target
Motivated, sales-driven and customer-centric with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conceptual and Analytical skills.
Ability to handle high level corporate customers.
