We want a HUNGRY sales hunter who is SELF-DRIVEN, can stand on their own and operate with relatively minimal supervision.

The primary role of Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients, and generate interest from potential clients. You must then plan approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to do business with Pactera.
Must be able to maintain a clear understanding of how Pactera leverages its business solutions to potential new clients and build business quickly with value add approach.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with existing and new customers
  • Secure contracts with new customers and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
  • Provide forecast reports timely
  • Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales/business development experience with relevant industrial experience of selling at corporate level

  • Excellent work ethic with a target orientated approach
  • Excellent track record in sales with the ability to close clients
  • Proven territory / vertical market sales development skills with quota achievement
