Job Description:

You will be responsible for business development cum strategies, building strong revenue generating relationships with both new and existing portfolio of distribution channels.

You will conduct training and briefing on to the channels on operational requirements, business plans and efforts, products updates (new/existing).

You should be a graduate with a Degree in Business/Marketing/Finance with relevant qualifications in M5/9/8/HI with at least 3 years of direct sales working experience in the financial services sector, with team lead or managing experience.

You should be versed with insurance business regulatory requirements and sales process. Strong communication and presentation skills are mandatory. Strong experience with Group Insurance business (i.e. Life, Employee benefits) will be added advantage.
