Report directly to the President, Shipbuilding/Ship Repair Division
Assist in the development and implementation of the group long term strategic business plan
Identify, develop and captures new business opportunities/entry in new markets
Monitor external and internal environment for development of new international market segments
Participate in the proposed process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing and client presentations.
Establish and maintain on-going customer business relationships, including site visits and anticipating and resolving potential problems
Identify and summarize customer requirements and priorities.
Cultivate and maintain superior customer relationships in order to provide the highest possible understanding of customer requirements and ensure end product and the life cycle support satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor Degree/MBA in Marketing or equivalent
Knowledge in Product development
At least 5 -6 years of relevant working experience preferably in offshore/marine industry
Excellent negotiation skills
A pro-active self-starter and a team player
Outstanding needs analysis, business justification and closing skills
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
High commercial acumen
Travelling is required
Working Hour : Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)
