About The Role

You will play an important role in the growth of FastJobs in the Philippines market, who creates opportunities for the organisation’s growth. You are a determined individual who constantly hits monthly targets. You will need to be interested in sales, have good presentation skills and skilled at building relationships. What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the Country Manager in developing and implementing BD strategy to achieve short and long term goals

  • Prospect, set and attend client meetings

  • Design and negotiate deal terms and execution of deal closing

  • Work as the main point of contact for clients and maintain excellent working relationship with partners

What We Are Looking Out For

  • Track record of hitting sales targets that led to organisational growth

  • Demonstrated strategic orientation and tactical business sense

  • Experience in launching new products or new businesses would be good

  • Strong planning and execution skills: able to multi-task and manage several projects or clients concurrently with minimum supervision

  • Communications Skills: persuasive and convincing both in oral and written

  • Problem solving skills: able to resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively

  • Preferably highly analytical to provide good sales direction for the country
