Job Descriptions


  • Networking and sourcing for potential customers on Contact Centre’s suite of services and expertise (eg outsourced contact centre services, customer satisfaction surveys, telemarketing initiatives).
  • Perform customer’s needs assessment, evaluate customer satisfaction, and provide close and quality follow-ups.
  • Develop and expand the source of potential customers through innovative means of outreach.


  • Proven sales and marketing acumen, including the development of tactics to actively and effectively promote products and services.
  • Able to work on proposal and design presentations.
  • Resourceful in prospecting and solicitation.
  • Good command of the English language.
