Job Description

Supporting the Chairman of the group, you will be managing all the portfolios and processes from a business front. This will include correspondence with senior level clients and customers as well as personal contacts for the Chairman. He will require someone who is switched on and professional to serve as an interface between him and his clients, organizing important conferences and meetings that may include VIPs. You should also be able to develop a strong rapport with his clients and build on the reputation of the company with key stakeholders in and out of the company for greater integration. You will also help to create speeches, presentations and assist on translations and business related issues. This role may include traveling overseas with the Chairman on important meetings.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Relevant EA experience supporting top management in MNCs
  • Bachelors Degree and Masters will be favored
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of flexibility in handling a wide range of executive support related tasks
  • Strong business acumen and intellect to deal with high flyers across different industries
  • Ability to think ahead and plan before instruction is given
  • Maturity and tact to handle tricky situations
  • Able to travel overseas
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Power point)
  • Professional, highly motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
