Job Description:

1. Business Manager (FMCG Industry)(East, 5days,Max7K)

• Managing and building the corporate brand sales
• Identify gaps for product development
• Developing new private label products
• Develop business plan for the business on Private Label
• Monitoring and analyst corporate brand sales to ensure sales and margin target are met
• Develop corporate brand strategy & plan
• Strategize product positioning with strong promotional plans and campaigns;
• Benchmark against competitors' product offering to ensure market competitiveness and product relevance
• Research competitive landscapes and keep up with FMCG industry trends
• Identify from market information on Consumer and Market Insights to support or lead new product and category development
• Coordinate and work on marketing calendar and promotional mechanics

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 5 years experienced in either Retail merchandise and/or FMCG Sales & marketing business experience or related field
• Possess excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen 
• Singaporean /PR
