Job Descriptions

The Business Planning and Reporting Section in Circulation Division plays a critical role in the analysis and reporting of publication sales, readership and industry trends to senior management, editorial teams and section users. The selected candidate will work closely with a wide range of section users and clients and be part of a dynamic team providing business support for the company.

The Job

- Responsible for monthly reporting of newspaper and magazine sales to middle and senior management
- Conduct analysis of sales performance in relation to editorial products and market environment
- Prepare annual budget and costing analysis for Circulation Division
- Monitor utilisation rate of budget and explain for cost and revenue variances
- Formulate and analyse KPIs for the various business sections and department
- Liaise with both internal and external aditors to ensure operational compliance
- Oversee and manage Print Order Processing section in Circulation Division to ensure accurate and efficient processing of daily orders for vendors, retail outlets, airlines etc.



- A good degree from a recognised university, preferably in Economics, Business or the Social Sciences
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to organise large amounts of data and interpret market trends
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
