Our client is an established MEP engineering company with a regional presence. Due to business expansion, an excellent opportunity exists for the following senior level position.
Business Unit Head, Mechanical SGD 9000 - 12000 +Bonus and Allowance West - Tuas
Responsibilities:
Oversees and responsible for sales and day to day operational function and strategic planning to maximize revenue and profitability.
Responsible for business continuity, operational sustainability and continuous improvement to achieve both competitive edge and productivity gains.
Ensure project deliverables are met according to both the company’s and client expectations
Meet financial performance targets for assigned projects
Prepare and deliver presentations for new business in collaboration with business development
Liaise with Senior Management to ensure adequate resources are available for assigned project
Requirements:
At least 10-15 years in ACMV, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Pharma etc
Must be specialized in Piping and Ductwork, preferably in Commercial or Industrial Plant
Should be well versed in M&E Commercial projects in terms of project execution or contract management
Must possess some experience in Sales or Business Development
Preferably work as a subcontractor for min 5-10 years
High leadership with ability to motivate project team
High conflict resolution and interpersonal skill
