Salary Package: Basic/Hourly Pay + Allowances + Commission *UP TO $2000/mth or more*


Job Responsibilities

(frontline / call centre)

  • Provide good customer service
  • Handle inquiries and provide conducive advice upon the issues
  • Manage general queries and complaints tactfully
  • Review and follow up complaints and enquiries from customers
  • ad-hoc duties (eg. entry of customer data in the database)

Job Requirements

  • N Levels & above
  • Available for at least 3 to 6 months (Extendable)
  • Good command of English
  • Comfortable to work with shifts (btw 8am-10pm)
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR ONLY
