- Serve customers by providing products and services information, resolving product and service problems.
- Attend to customers queries to products & services matter/
- Resolves product or services problems by clarifying customer's complaint, determined the cause of theproblem and arrange expertise to attend and resolve the problem.
- Following up to ensure resolution and satisfactory of customers.
- Prepares products or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma
- At least 2 years of customer service and general admin experience.
- Customer oriented, patien and attentive.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Sat).
