Job Descriptions

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

  • Serve customers by providing products and services information, resolving product and service problems.
  • Attend to customers queries to products & services matter/
  • Resolves product or services problems by clarifying customer's complaint, determined the cause of theproblem and arrange expertise to attend and resolve the problem.
  • Following up to ensure resolution and satisfactory of customers.
  • Prepares products or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma
  • At least 2 years of customer service and general admin experience.
  • Customer oriented, patien and attentive.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Sat).
