Job Descriptions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare sample and follow up on customer approval.
  • Process customer PO.
  • Coordinate with internal team and HQ personnel for smooth processing of order.
  • Monitor order progress and update customer on the status.
  • Arrange shipment and prepare necessary documents e.g Packing list ,invoice , production report.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by Superior.

Job Benefits

  • GCE'O level and above.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.
