Diners of today can look forward to authentic, deliciously fortifying yet modern Cantonese cuisine set amidst an ambience of understated elegance. A family friendly venue with a seating capacity of 190, The Cathay Restaurant is located on level 2 of The Cathay.
You will provide quality service to our customers by attending and responding to their needs promptly which includes taking orders for food and beverages. In addition, you will be involved in the training of employees and ensure that standards and sequence of service is maintained. You are also required to maintain the standard of quality, services and cleanliness of the restaurant.
To be successful in this role, you must possess GCE’N’ level / WPLN Level 5 with at least 2 years relevant experience. You must be able to converse in English and able to work split shift, weekends and public holidays.
