Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for digital activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Brunei
  • Originate, coordinate and execute regional content management activities in alignment with business initiatives
  • Managing all planning, execution and delivery of business web content strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring that content is aligned with business' voice and personality
  • Develops and manages content strategy documents
  • Use a combination of data analysis, customer research and benchmarking to make content decisions
  • Orchestrate content development which will adequately reflect business brand
  • Review all content to ensure that they meet content standard
  • Ensure all content conforms to web SEO requirements and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve content development processes and tools
  • Facilitate workshops to communicate, evangelise and excite internal teams
  • Develop and oversee the editorial calendar and maintenance plan
  • Take charge and ensure all content development are timely and on schedule



  • Degree in Advertising, Journalism or Literature
  • More than 8 years of experience in content planning and writing experience
  • Applying user-centered design principles to the design and development of content
  • Advocating for content strategy best practices, principles, and methodology
  • Experienced working with a CMS platform
  • Experienced working on large website redesigns, with clear understanding of SEO requirements
  • Possess managerial experience leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills, tenacious, but diplomatic
  • A good team player who is able to work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
  • Effective understanding and hands-on experience of latest web best practices and ability to recognize how to best apply them to drive marketing and sales success
  • Outstanding written English skills, proven copywriting talent across different genres
  • Ability to rewrite content and write content from scratch
  • Creative and resourceful, pro-active and solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and positive
