Job Descriptions

  • Handle projects assigned by Head of Department or Section Head.
  • To communicate on Direct Credit rejection to policyholders or PFCs for Maturity and Annuity cases.
  • To prepare claims letters after claims had been processed.
  • To ensure that all direct crediting accounts are created promptly and correctly.
  • To perform any tasks and projects assigned by Head of Department or Section Head
  • To process direct crediting requests for eligible claims cases and Maturity and Annuity cases
