Job Descriptions

Responsibilities

 

Maintain knowledge of retention of products and services

Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and convince customers to stay

Proactive outbound calls to customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation

Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers

Document outcome to add knowledge of reasons why customers chose to cancel their policies

Handle complaints and queries effectively under pressure

Reporting regularly to Team Manager on all activities relating to the role

 

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, 3 passes at least

Comfortable and effective in verbal communications in native language and in English

Pleasant voice and cheerful disposition

Able to multi-task with different systems

Minimum 1 year working experience with call center

Those with BCP, PGI, HI or have telesales experience preferred

Singaporean/Singapore PRs
