Responsibilities
- Provide sound advice on claims related matters for policyholders and claimants
- Respond to emails and phone calls in timely and professional manner
- Follow up with external and internal partners and provide required support
- Streamline workflow, when necessary, to improve efficiency
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Insurance certifications would be an advantage
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry, specialising in Claims or policy prociessing
- Good knowledge of local legislations
- Customer-oriented with excelling communications and interpersonal skills
- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
