Responsibilities

  • Provide sound advice on claims related matters for policyholders and claimants
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with external and internal partners and provide required support
  • Streamline workflow, when necessary, to improve efficiency
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required

 

Requirements

  • Recognised Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Insurance certifications would be an advantage
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry, specialising in Claims or policy prociessing
  • Good knowledge of local legislations 
  • Customer-oriented with excelling communications and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
